A&E Networks has a new show in the works: called, Damien, it picks up the life of Damien Thorne 25 years after the events that occurred in the 1976 supernatural thriller, The Omen, which starred Gregory Peck, Lee Remick, and others.

According to the story line, Damien Thorne was born to the wife of American diplomat Robert Thorne (Gregory Peck). It is revealed throughout the movie that the boy Damien has evil supernatural powers, and is destined to grow up to become the final Antichrist as revealed in the book of Revelation. The new series produced by A&E picks up the story 25 years later.

Well, this past weekend, the Comic-Con convention was held in San Diego. Evidently, every year a group of Christians hold a protest outside the convention hall for this particular event, handing out pamphlets and waving signs that proclaim the gospel message, “Faith in Jesus Saves,” etc. According to The Hollywood Reporter, this year, to promote the new A&E series, the Network hired its own “protestors” to disrupt the Christians by waving signs advertising their new occult series, Damien.

As you can see from the above photo, the sign held by the A&E “protestor” says, “From Flame Damien Will Rise.” In the second photo to the right the sign loudly proclaims, “The Beast Rises.” The sign features the snout of a vicious dog pointing skyward as a metaphor of the rising Beast. The accompanying sign features the infamous number of the Beast, 666.

While it is certainly true that the new A&E series Damien is a work of fiction based on the biblical idea of Antichrist, isn’t it very interesting that the attitude of the world is to celebrate with excitement the arrival of the Beast, even if it is a fictional tale portrayed as a series on TV.

I find it even more intriguing that the sign makers, no doubt following the instructions of the series writers and promoters, portray the Beast as rising from the flames of hell. How interesting that they seem to be following the biblical narrative: as a Beast rising from the abyss.

Revelation 9:1-3, 11 :  And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit.  And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit.  And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth: and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power….And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon.

As you can see, clearly the text reveals that the Beast (also popularly called the Antichrist), rises from the bottomless pit, or abyss. The final end-time dictator of the world, the Antichrist Beast, is not a human being; he is not a human political or religious leader, or a Muslim from the Middle East.

Odilon Redon Apocalypse of St. John, 1899.

Odilon Redon Apocalypse of St. John, 1899.

The biblical text reveals that he is a supernatural being who rises from the abyss once the key is provided to a “star,” which is a powerful angel (I believe this is Satan), who unlocks the abyss, removes the lid, and releases not only the Beast, but an army of locust-like creatures who will torment the world for five months.

As if to strengthen his argument, the writer of Revelation, the Apostle John, repeats the information several more times. The coming Antichrist Beast of the book of Revelation arises from the abyss.

Revelation 11:7:  And when they (the two witnesses) shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them.

Revelation 17:8:  The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.

Indeed, the end-time ruler of planet Earth will be a Beast that rises from the flames of a hellish abyss. He is there even now, suffering, and awaiting his release from the dark prison of Tartarus, the lowest place in the abyss; in fact, Tartarus is often described as a well, the well of the abyss; a place even lower than the abyss itself.

The fans of Damien are celebrating the release of this new series on A&E Television, and interestingly, when the real Beast is released from the abyss, the world will celebrate its new leader.

Revelation 13:4: And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?

I wonder if anyone ever stops to realize, or even consider the fact, there is a biblical reality behind this fictional series? The writers don’t seem to mind as they mock the biblical gospel, and revealed biblical truth, regarding the real Antichrist Beast—-the end-time ruler who will, in the near future, rise from the abyss. God has revealed all of this in His Word, and as the Bible reveals, God is not mocked (Galatians 6: 7).

I have said, and others have as well, that the people of the world are being mentally and emotionally conditioned to respond in a positive way when the Antichrist Beast does rise from the abyss. It appears that the conditioning process is working just fine; and it also appears to be working overtime.

Thanks for visiting.

You don’t have to be deceived by the conditioning process of the world system. Jesus died, was buried, and three days later conquered the grave, giving eternal life to all who call upon His name. Come to faith in Christ, believe the gospel, and be saved from the power of sin, and the deceitful world system (See 1 Cor.15:1-4; and Romans 10:9-10,13).

UFOs and aliens will play a major part in the fulfillment of Bible prophecy. If you would like to learn more about that then I recommend my book Alien Antichrist, The Terrifying Truth about UFOs and Aliens, Antichrist, and the End of Days.

The book is an in-depth look at the relationship between UFO and alien phenomena and the Antichrist Beast mentioned by the Biblical prophets such as Joel, Daniel, and the Apostles John and Paul. All of them spoke about the end of days and an invasion of our planet by the Fallen Ones. Joel called them a “great army, ” and Daniel said the Beast would lead the world to worship an “alien god.”

Paul said the strong delusion of the last days will be linked with a strange sight in the heavens that is meant to be observed–and he linked this strange sight in the heavens with the Man of Sin, the Antichrist. John revealed that the Fallen Angels will be cast to the Earth, and this will be linked with fire from the heavens–with that said, did you know that angels are called ministers of fire? Are UFOs chariots of God? Or, are the UFO Chariots we see a type of angel? What are the wheels within the wheel that Ezekiel saw, and are they actually UFOs? I address all of this in the book!

Get the book and be informed, then when the aliens suddenly appear in the heavens and invade Earth you will know the truth of what is going on and won’t fall for the Great Deception. The Lord said that His people perish for lack of knowledge: be armed, be informed!

You can get the book at Amazon and Barnes and Noble. And if you have Kindle Unlimited and Kindle Prime you can download a copy free through that program!
