CONTACTING ALIENS: A SCIENTIFIC SEANCE by Jeff Wingo

mabuse00A scene from Fritz Lang’s Dr. Mabuse: The Gambler (1922).

I wonder if a government entity (military or otherwise) has made contact with so-called aliens? And, if contact has been made, how was it done, and what was the end result?

We have often heard the saying that curiosity killed the cat, and it is especially true for those who involve themselves in deep spiritual things that really should be left alone. Any contact with fallen entities is dangerous and it doesn’t make any difference if the one attempting the spiritual contact is a Physicist using scientific protocols, or a bored teenager. The end result is the same–spiritual bondage, mental issues, and possibly even insanity. If you play with fire  you will get burned. Even the Bible addresses this kind of foolishness by saying, “Can a man take fire in his bosom, and his clothes not be burned?  Can one go upon hot coals, and his feet not be burned” (Proverbs 6:27-28)?

Back in the 1970’s research into all things psychic was being conducted at various labs across the country. It was the height of the cold war and the United States military was trying to keep up with the Soviets who were deeply involved in psychic research. The idea was to create a psychic spying program which did happen. The program was first called Project Scanate and this was later changed to Project Stargate.  The psychic techniques and protocol they developed are called Remote Viewing which “is the practice of seeking impressions about a distant or unseen target using subjective means, in particular, extrasensory perception (ESP) or ‘sensing with mind'”. {2}

Remote Viewing is not new, the techniques have been around for thousands of years. The old occultists and spiritualists referred to the techniques as telesthesia or travelling clairvoyance, which makes use of the so-called ‘third eye’ to remotely sense locations and/or objects. {3} The Skeptics Dictionary says that “Remote Viewing is a fancy name for telepathy or clairvoyance, the alleged ability to perceive places, persons, and actions that are not within the range of the senses.”{4}

In a book by Jim Schnable called, Remote Viewers: The Secret History of America’s Psychic Spies {5}, he relates several interesting stories which took place at Livermore Labs in California (Note: I cannot vouch for the truthfulness of the following stories. I relate them here as written for an example of how government sponsored research has led to contact with “otherworldly” entities).

For instance, photos taken during testing of one of the psychics revealed two patches of radiation on one of the laboratory walls. Audio recordings taken during the same experiment revealed some type of “metallic voice” uttering unintelligible words, although they could make out a few random words strung together. {6}

Several of the scientists involved in these psychic experiments soon realized that they felt like they were “collectively possessed by some kind of tormenting, teasing, hallucination-inducing spirit.” {7}

The same spiritual torment continued at home as it also began to torment and harass their spouses and children with strange hallucinations such as the sudden appearance of miniature flying saucers, and the manifestation of weird animals–“fantastic animals from the ecstatic lore of shamans–such as large raven-like birds” appearing in their yards, and even in the bedroom at the foot of the bed. One of the researchers also reported that while at home with his wife a disembodied arm appeared to materialize out of thin air and float about his living room.{8}

How did these scientists feel after their involvement in occult experimentation? As they were attempting to relate their experiences to their superiors “they perspired, trembled, and even wept openly…It was as if their world had collapsed around them. Nothing made sense anymore.”{9}

As it turns out, the use of Remote Viewing had limited applications and the program supposedly came to an end in 1995. It is worth noting here that anyone who uses occult techniques such as remote viewing will only have limited success. If you do a little research on the prognostications of renown psychics you will find out that while they may hit every once in a while, the majority of their predictions turn out to be wrong. The whole business is fraught with deception and lies because it is based on the spiritual doctrines of one who is a liar and a deceiver.

Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it (John 8:44).

There may be other stories that Schnabel didn’t relate, or didn’t know about. Maybe in some hidden file of the CIA or military research there is supposed proof of extraterrestrial life, I don’t know, I have never been part of the government, nor do I want to be.

But what I do know is this: if secret government entities have made contact with aliens using occult techniques such as channeling or remote viewing I can promise you one thing based on the Word of God–they are not in contact with extraterrestrial beings. Unfortunately they have made contact with deceiving spirits (fallen angelic beings) who are more than eager to perpetuate whatever illusion is needed in order to deceive those foolish enough to seek out their unholy assistance.

It doesn’t matter if the seeker is a scientist working for one of the worlds leading research institutions, or poor old Aunt Mabel try to reach her dead spouse in the spirit world. The source is the same, the only thing that changes is the illusion necessary to perpetuate the deception.

Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils (1 Timothy 4:1).

My sincere apologies to the people of France because our President, Barack Hussein Obama, did not think it necessary to send a representative to Paris for the rally just held. I want you to know that most of the people of the United States are not like the pinheads in Washington and the White House. We care, and are praying for your nation and the families of the people who died in the horrific murders perpetrated by the Islamic Radicals against Charlie Hebdo and the others who were later taken hostage and killed. It is a shame that in the 21st century civilized people must put up with the evils of Islam and their incessant attacks upon the principles of free speech, freedom of the press, and freedom of thought.
