And when he had opened the second seal, I heard the second beast say, Come and see. And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword. And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine. And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast say, Come and see. And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.

EBOLA. The word itself is frightening once we grasp the terrifying consequences that await the poor victims of this horrific plague. Thousands of people in the countries of West Africa are suffering and dying and thousands more may perish before it is over. And now, because of the neglect of the Obama Administration, Ebola is part of the United States, and more than likely will hit Europe as well. Unfortunately, the open border policies of the President and his Administration will end with disastrous results for the people of the United States if the plague is not contained quickly enough.
Controls could have been implemented months ago but now it is too late. And as quickly as Ebola can spread, thousands of Americans may die because of the neglect and inept policies of President Obama. Washington, Jefferson, and Madison would be rolling over in their graves if they could see what America has become in the last 25 years.
Wars, rumors of war, famine, plagues and pestilence, are making their terrible presence known in various places around the world. This situation has always been the lot of humanity, but is something looming that is even larger?
And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many. And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. All these are the beginning of sorrows.Matthew 24:4-8

For thus saith the Lord GOD; How much more when I send my four sore judgments upon Jerusalem, the sword, and the famine, and the noisome beast, and the pestilence, to cut off from it man and beast? Ezekiel 14:21
Humanity has always suffered through war, plagues and pestilence, and famine. That comes with living in a fallen world. But the prophetic difference is when these things become a global phenomena.
What Jesus predicted, and the scenario presented in the book of Revelation and the other prophetic writings of the Bible, are pandemics on a global scale, where millions, even several billion people may die.
Consider for a moment Revelation 9:14: And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men.
According to this one prophecy over 2.3 billion people will be consumed by war.
Or, consider Luke 21:14: And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven.
The biblical signs of the end are:
1. Worldwide war driven by powerful fallen angelic forces.
2. Great earthquakes, the Greek is megas seismos which means, “violent, mighty, and strong;” a violent shaking {2} in divers or many places, i.e., spread all over.
3. Pestilences or plagues spreading throughout a population. In this case, all over the world in many different places at once or one after another.
4. Fearful sights, or “that which strikes terror” or fear {3}, and great signs, “a sign, prodigy, portent, i.e. an unusual occurrence, transcending the common course of nature” {4}; signs indication that remarkable events are about to happen.
When you begin to see more of these things happen in close succession pay attention, because that is what Jesus was talking about, especially the fearful signs from the heavens. And what could be more frightening than an invasion by powerful supernatural beings. Fallen angels who pretend to be aliens and UFOs, enlightened beings from another planet or galaxy.

THE GOOD NEWS:
If you are a Christian then you may rest assured that the Lord Jesus will be with you through all of this. Whether it’s the powerful deception of aliens and UFOs, or the deadly Ebola virus, or famine, or sword. The Holy Spirit said through the Apostle Paul:
Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:35-39
For the Christian, the Lord Jesus Christ is our hope, our steadfast anchor in the storm, our Good Shepard in the Valley of Darkness, our redeemer from all of our sin, our friend that sticks closer than a brother, our covering and shelter!
For those of you who do not yet know Christ as a redeemer and a savior just know this: God loves you and provided for you through His Son, Jesus. Come to believe the Gospel-repent and turn to the only hope we have in this dark world.
And the Gospel is this: Christ died for our sins, and was buried and rose again from the dead (1 Cor.15:1-4). If you believe the gospel, trusting that God will do what He says he will do–He will forgive your sins, save you, and give you the gift of eternal life.
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. John 3:16-17
